On March 13, 2008 the Wabedo Township Board of Supervisors adopted the attached resolution that requires the use of a Developer Agreement for any subdivision development of five lots or more. This resolution followed many months of study and meetings by the Wabedo Planning Commission.
The Developers Agreement is a contract between the Township, Cass County and the Developer. It spells out the terms, specifications, obligations and surety requirements for the three parties to ensure that all parties are protected and comply with the contract.
Since each subdivision development is different, each development will require its own unique Developers Agreement.
